A cancellation request will only be considered valid once it has been received and confirmed by our team.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total booking value and the number of days remaining before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees may apply:
- More than 45 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
- 30 to 45 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 15 to 29 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
These cancellation fees help cover administrative costs, supplier commitments, reserved services, hotel arrangements, transportation bookings, guide reservations, and other travel-related expenses already arranged on behalf of the client.
Non-Refundable Services
Some travel services may be non-refundable due to supplier policies. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Domestic or international flight tickets
- Train tickets
- Nile cruise reservations
- Hotel reservations during peak seasons
- Special event bookings
- Museum or attraction tickets
- Luxury travel packages
- Customized private tours
- Services booked through third-party suppliers
If any part of the booking is non-refundable, Blessed Egypt Tours will clearly communicate this to the client whenever possible before booking confirmation.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the scheduled meeting point, hotel pickup location, airport transfer point, cruise check-in, or tour departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
In no-show cases, the booking may be treated as fully cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Guests are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate contact details before travel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card provider, international transfer process, or supplier refund timeline.
Refunds may take between 7 and 30 business days after approval.
Any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, currency conversion costs, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Booking Changes and Amendments
Requests to change travel dates, tour programs, hotel arrangements, transportation services, or itinerary details will be reviewed based on availability and supplier conditions.
Some changes may be treated as partial or full cancellations if suppliers apply cancellation penalties.
Blessed Egypt Tours will always try to offer flexible alternatives whenever possible, but additional charges may apply depending on the requested change.
Force Majeure and Unexpected Events
In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, political events, government restrictions, flight cancellations, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, cancellation and refund conditions may depend on supplier policies and the status of the booked services.
