Payment Policy at Blessed Egypt Tours explains our secure and transparent booking process for all guests. This payment policy ensures clear reservation management for all Egypt tours and travel services.
Payment Policy Deposit Terms
To confirm any reservation with Blessed Egypt Tours, a deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
Reservations are considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by our team.
Payment Schedule
A second payment of 30% of the total booking value must be received no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date.
The remaining balance of 50% is payable in cash upon arrival in Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the client and Blessed Egypt Tours.
For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, alternative payment arrangements may apply. These arrangements will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
Payment Policy additional Conditions
Blessed Egypt Tours reserves the right to request full or partial prepayment for certain services, including but not limited to:
- Peak season bookings
- Luxury travel packages
- Special promotional offers
- Customized private tours
- Bookings involving suppliers with specific payment requirements
Such requirements will always be communicated before booking confirmation.
Failure to complete payments according to the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of the reservation and release of the booked services without further obligation.
Payment Fees
Any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, credit card processing fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are advised to ensure that the full required amount is received by Blessed Egypt Tours after all deductions or bank charges.
